  62. Powerful, yet easy to use, WinCharging can track tax-related expenses and
  63. household expenses; monitor credit limits; warn you if you spend too
  64. much on a specified charge card; chart, display and print a wide variety
  65. of reports; and a great deal more.  WinCharging comes with a robust Help
  66. file and an introductory Help file to make starting out even easier.

  69. all of the features of the program, and is not crippled in any way.  You

  117. INSTALLING FROM FLOPPY DISK
  118.  
  119. To install from a floppy disk, you need to perform the following steps.
  120.  
  121.    o  Put the distribution disk in the appropriate floppy drive.
  122.  
  123.    o  Open Program Manager's File Menu and click the Run command.
  124.       At the prompt, type: a:setup
  125.  
  126.    o  Follow the instructions presented by the installation program.
  127.       You will have a chance to approve installation before any changes
  128.       are actually made to the contents of your hard drive.  The
  129.       program will ask you for a destination directory, and will copy
  130.       the WinCharging files to that directory.
  131.  
  132. INSTALLING FROM A ZIP FILE
  133.  
  134. If you downloaded WinCharging from a BBS (or received it in the form of
  135. a ZIP file from some other source), you will need to perform the
  136. following steps.
  137.  
  138.    o  Extract the contents of the archive (ZIP) file in a temporary
  139.       directory on your hard drive.
  140.  
  141.    o  Copy the expanded files to a high density 3 1/2" floppy disk and
  142.       perform the installation described above in INSTALLING FROM A
  143.       FLOPPY DISK.
  144.

  147.    o  Simply install from the hard disk, which is much faster.  Open
  148.       Program Manager's File Menu, select Run, and enter the full
  149.       path of the directory in which you expanded the WinCharging
  150.       ZIP file plus the SETUP command as shown here:

  154. When you're satisfied that the installation was successful, you should
  155. delete the temporary directory you created to expand the ZIP file.

  159. Once you've complete the installation, you should consult the Help files
  160. that comes with WinCharging, or better still, simply start WinCharging.
  161. It will ask you if you want to see the Help file called MeFirst!.  Reply
  162. yes.  MeFirst! walks you through the setup procedure for WinCharging and
  163. will have you up and running in short order.

  167. you get started.

  169. When you start WinCharging the first time, it asks if you want to see the
